Welcome to The Green Witch Homestead! We’re a small family farm located in Black Forest, Colorado at 7500’ elevation. We specialize in growing artisan hardneck and elephant garlic that we turn into black garlic and other speciality products. We grow our garlic naturally without the use of chemicals, with each seed planted and tended by hand over nine months.

We have scapes available in late June for bulk purchase. Our black garlic and garlic products are available beginning in September. Check out our events page to know where to find us.
